The Seasonic Core GM Gold is capable of supplying a total of 650 Watts, meaning that even high-end PCs will have more than sufficient power. The powerful 12 Volt rail delivers a full 54A. In spite of these impressive specifications, the Seasonic Core GM Gold is also extremely efficient, due largely to Seasonic’s use of high-quality components e.g. capacitors. This 80 PLUS Gold-certified power supply has an effective operating efficiency of 90% at a 50% load.

For the purposes of tidiness, the power supply comes with partial cable management. Aside a 24-pin- and a 4+4-pin cable, there are also four 6+2-pin PCIe connectors as well as six SATA- and three 4-pin Molex connectors available. The cables are very flat and thus easy to cable manage.

The 120 mm fan utilises Fluid Dynamic Bearings and offers not only quiet operation, but also reliable operation over the long term. The intelligent S2FC fan control ensures an optimal balance between cooling and operating noise.
