With this option you have no limit on call-outs from our technicians!

Your account manager will call to your offices once every two months (date agreed with you) and run some basic checks on any hardware you have covered with us. This will include checks to ensure your security and device drivers are fully up to date. It will also include recovery solutions per visit to ensure that if your operating system develops a problem and you have to start from scratch with a fresh installation you will only lose data that has existed since your account managers last visit hereby offering a safety net for your most important files!
